Site supervision refers to the set of services and activities performed by supervision personnel at the project location (construction site), supported by the head office, during project implementation and according to the relevant terms of reference.
Site supervision services include the following:
-Planning services, determining work execution methods, progress control
-Engineering services
-Coordination, executive, provisional delivery services
-Quality control services
-Estimation, payment and cost control, contract legal affairs
-Services related to the operation period, guidelines, and final handover
